TO THE ELECTORS. lADIES & GENTLEMEN Having decided to be a candidate at the forthcoming municipal election, and having considerable interests in the borough and district, I hope to have the honour of your confidence, and, if elected, will strive to further the best interests of the borough as a whole. IF the individuals who reported to the police my being connected with shooting ducks out of season, are not more careful in the way in which they handle the truth, they may find trouble of a nature not exactly to their own liking.
