DELAY IS DANGEROUS.
There is no class of ailment that affects the system quicker than bowel complaints, and any delay in treating diarrhoea or colic is dangerous. Chamberlain’s Colic, Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedj' is the only remedy that is absolutely reliable in cases of this kind, and as some member of the family is always liable to an attack at any time it should always be kept in the house. Ladies & gentlemen—in offering my services to the Ratepayers as a candidate for election for a seat on the Wellington Harbour Board, I beg to put forward the following grounds for consideration of the electors. Hitherto the pastoralists of this district have had to depend upon City representation. When it is considered that the wool export alone from Wellington during the month of January last amounted to close on 150,000 bales, the importance of the Postoralists’ interest is manifest. Personally I can claim a very intimate and long standing connection with this interest as well as other pastoral and agricultural concerns, and in addition have had an experience of financial matters and local Government administration extending over a period of upwards of 30 years. In offering myself as a candidate I can undertake a strict attention to the general duties appertaining to the position and a particular interest in all matters bearing directly or indirectly upon country interests.
