RUSSIA AND CHINA.
St. Petersburg, March 25. Russia has requested China to accept, without further equivocation, the terms of her Note regarding Consular jurisdiction and the control of the southern Manchurian railway. Pekin, March 26. China has informed Russia ol her unreserved acquiescence in the proposals.
