TREASURER’S REPORT.

At Monday night’s Council meeting the Treasurer’s report which was read and adopted was as follows : “Since my February report District Fund Account, and the kban balances to-day were: District fund account ,£56 8s yd, cemetery account ,£1 5s 3d, and gas works loan account ,£llBO xSs, all yd at credit. The separate accounts in credit are ; Gas works account 19s id, cemetery account £1 8s 3d, iulerest account ,£Bx 16s yd. The rest of the accounts are overdrawn as follows ; General account 1453 d, library account ixs pd, reserves account a, 13 I2S, sanitation account 3 s 4d. and there is ,£llBO 18s yd of the gas works loan account to credit.”
