HOME RULE UNION.
TFH CHAIRMAMSHIP TO BE OFFERED TO WINSTON CHURCHILL. London, Feb. 28. In view of the introduction of the Home Rule Bill in 1912, the Nationalists are arranging a propaganda throughout the United Kingdom, They propose to offer Mr Winston Churchill, Home Secretary, the chairmanship of the Home Rule Union, if the latter, which was established after the rejection of the late Mr Gladstone’s Home Rule measures, is revived.
