ADDRESS BY MR. C II POOLE, M.P.

The New Zealand Alliance will open the local option and national prohibition campaign in the Manawatu electorate to-morrow night, when Mr C. H. Poole, M.P. for Auckland West, will deliver an address in the local Masonic Hall. Mr Poole will touch upon the recent ameuded licensing legislation and its bearing upon the coming polls. As the new issues to be submitted at the coming polls are not clear to a number of electors, they should not fail to be present. Mr Poole is an attractive platform speaker, and is qualified to deal with the subject in a masterful manner. Questions are invited, and will be answered. Admission will be free, and the front seats will be reserved for ladies. The chair will be taken by Mr John Sanson, President cf the Manavvatn No-License Council.
