HEMP MARKET. The High Commissioner cabled to us at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market has declined further and there is little demand. New Zealand good fair spot, 5s ; fair, ,£t.S 10s ; Manila, 5s ; forward shipment good fair, 5s ; fair, /19 ; Manila 10s ; output Manila 26,000 bales.
