A NEW AND ORIGINAL METHOD. SYDNEY, Jau. 25. The General Secretary of the Socialist Federation of Australia lias received a letter from the International Socialist Bureau at Brussels advocating a general strike in all industries affecting the munitions of war as a means of preventing massacre by war.
