HEMP MARKET. The High Commissioner cabled to us at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market is very depressed. There is little demand. New Zealand good fair spot per ton, ,£22 ; fair, ,£2O 10s ; Manila, ,£l9 10s. Forward shipments about the same. Manila output, 20,000 bales.
