The opening service will be conducted by the Rev. P. W. Jones, of Feilding, and a service will also be conducted by the same preacher at 7 p.m. It has also been decided to hold a social at the Beach on Tuesday evening, at which His Worship the Mayor will occupy the chair. A programme of music, including choruses and solos, will be submitted, and addresses given by local and visiting ministers. The price of admission will be one shilling, and the proceeds will be devoted to the church furnishing fund. Further particulars will appear in a subsequent issue.
