A HORRIBLE CRIME.

BANKER MURDERED AND HIS BODY MUTILATED. PARIS, Dec. 1. A gruesome crime has been discovered near Angers. A body, supposed to be that of a foreign banker, has been found horribly mutilated. It is believed he was enticed to the home- of a horse-dealer by the latter’s mistress. The assassins tshaved and slashed the face, destroying its identity. The body Was put in a box by tho murderer, and taken in a wheelbarrow through a populous part of Angers, where it was abandoned on tho sudden approach of some soldiers. The men escaped, but tho woman, Marguerite Maillud, was arrested.
