SALE OF FREEHOLD PROPERTY.

Elsewhere in this issue, Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., advertise particulars of an auction sale of freehold property to be held at their Palmerston North rooms on Saturday, the 17th instant, on account of Messrs Robinson Bros., of Foxton. The property to be submitted consists of* 1370 acres, divided into sections ranging from 1 r to 285 acres ; 427 acres is rich drained swamp, situated on the Whirokino road, and the balance, 943 acres, is portion of the wellknown Herrington estate. The terms for payment offered are such that anyone really requiring property will be able to secure same, being 10 per cent, deposit, 5 per cent, in six months, 10 per cent, in 12 months, and the balance can remain on mortgage for five years at 5 per cent. Possession will be given on January 16th. Full particulars can be obtained on application to the auctioneers.
