ALL SAINTS’ VESTRY.
At a meeting of the above on Thursday evening last it was decided that the proceeds from the recent bazaar be spent on improving the church grounds, and at a later date if present funds were not sufficient, a garden party should be held lor the painting of the vicarage. The work that is to proceed at once is the fencing of the church at the side aud back. This is to be an iron fence which is to take the place of the ragged and dilapidated fence that now surrounds the church. It was decided to get prices for decorated iron work and gates for the front fence and also to enquire into the cost of a cement foundation and pillars for the gates. On receipt of this information the vestry will meet again and proceed with the work as soon as possible. It is estimated that the improvement to the church grounds will cost fully ,£BO which is the net result of the bazaar raised for that object
