AMERICAN SAILORS’ ORGIE IN FRANCE.

Paris, Nov. 20. Two hundred American Bluejackets rioted and tought their way into the Cafe de Paris, at Cherbourg, at midnight aud insisted on being served with drinks. A French patrol ordered them to leave. The Bluejackets retorted by disarming the commanding officer and patrol and clearing the cafe with fixed bayonets. The windows were smashed aud revolvers were fired. One American sailor was stabbed in a quarrel with a Frenchman and his body thrown into the dock. The Bluejackets were angered, it is alleged, because many of them were robbed.
