Sydney, Nov. 6. Peter Bowling was publicly welcomed at Newcastle. He stated he wanted a Royal . Commission set up to enquire into the manner of his arrest. He intended to demand that his name and also that pf his colleagues be expunged from the criminal records of the State. He further considered that the Government should compensate the Labour Federation for the monetary losses occasioned by the illegal imprisonment of Labour leaders.
