ESPIONAGE.
Berlin, August 29. The police declare that correspondence in the possession of Brandon and Trench, the two Englishmen arrested on a charge of photographing the forts at Borkum, Hanover, shows that their intention was to photograph all the fortifications on the North Sea coast. The prisoners deny the charges of espionage brought against them.
