A SYDNEY TRAGEDY.

The body of a young woman named O’Brien was found at Randwick, Sydney, on Tuesday. Deceased resided with her parents, who are unable to throw any light on the mystery. The result of the post-mortem has not been disclosed. The police theory is that death was the result of a certain operation, and that the body was afterwards carted to Randwick. A vehicle was seen near the spot late at night. No definite clue has yet been obtained. Later. In connection with the Randwick mystery, the police have arrested Nurse Brown. Subsequently she appeared at the Police Court and was remanded on a chaige of feloniously slaying the girl O’Brien, bail being refused. Nurse Brown denied all knowledge of O’Brien. Other arrests are expected.
