[By Our Own Correspondent). A pleasing ceremony took place at the Moutoa School on Friday, July 29th, when Miss Lynch, who is retiring from the teaching profession was presented by the pupils with a handsome cream and sugar set, on a silver tray. Master A. Burr, in a neat speech, made the presentation and expressed the regret of the pupils at losing Miss Lynch, and wished her a long and happy married life. Miss Lynch was also the recipient of a handsome present from the Misses Coley. The recipient feelingly responded.
