AVIATION.

LONDON, July 17. There was another sensation at Bourne mouth on Saturday afternoon. Robert Lorainc, an actor, was biplaning when a gusty wind blew him nearly into the sea. Torrents of rain rolled up, and ho was lost to sight, but landed safely at Alumbay, Isle of Wight. The Hon. Alan Boyle, son of Lord Glasgow, while monoplaning, struck a mound in a field, and his machine somersaulted. Ho suffered concussion of the brain, but has partly recovered consciousness.

Morunc in a monoplane and Drexel in a biplane racod from Bournemouth to the Noodles and back, the former winning by 25 minutes and 12 seconds. Motion, an aviator, rose to a height of 975 feet, at Harvc when the motor stopped. Tho airman planed down on a slant, into the water and escaped uninjured. In the military air manoeuvres at Diedcnhofen, a Zeppelin ship took part with a crew of ten men and officers, be,sides the Governor of Metz, and several staff officers, who went, on a reconnoitring tour. Tho Gross Parscval is also participating in the evolutions.
