HEMP MARKET. The High Commissioner cabled to us at noon yesterday as follows : —The Hemp market is dull and unsettled. Forward shipment New Zealand good fair, £24 5s ; fair, ; Manila, 10s per ton. The output of Manila last week was 21,000 bales.
