FIRST EEECTIOiE [By Telegraph —Special to Hkrapd.J Mangawkka. This Day, The election of the first Board for the newly-constituted Town District of Mangaweka took place yesterday. There were twelve nominations for five seats. The election created considerable excitement aud resulted in the return of Messrs Dr. Turnbull, J. C. Bennett, R. E. Hornblow, J. Georgetti and W. Officer.
