The High Commissioner cables at noon, yesterday, as follows .-The hemp market dull, very little business doing, New Zealand good fair spot, £24 10s ; fair, ,£23 ; Manila, £22 10s ; forward shipment New Zealand good fair, ,£24 10s ; fair, £22 10s ; Manila, £22 ; output Manila 25,000 bales ; stock New Zealand hemp 250 tons.
