SUDDEN DEATH.
Dunedin, May 19. James Jack, employed as engineer by the contractor for the construction of the tunnel at Waipori for the City Corporation’s hydro-electric works, died suddenly. He ceased work at midnight, and after having breakfast returned to bed, where he died almost immediately afterwards. He was 46 years old, and leaves a widow and one child.
