“TEN NIGHTS IN A BARROOM,” 0; FT;.:y next the Walsh F m■ic ; ;-av a farewell visit lo roston on winch occasion they present a play that is famous throughout the length and breadth of America, “Ten Nights in a Bar-room.” This play is an excellent object lesson on the burning question of prohibition. During the company’s season at Auckland the 1.0.G.T. and the Temperance League attended each performance and sent forward a line to similar bodies throughout the Waikato and Northern Wairoa praising the production. Mr Walsh has received heaps of letters from ck T yman and others interested in the cause, thanking him for the good work he is doing. During the action of the play the celebrated bar smashing incident of Carrie Nation is introduced.
