FOUND DEAD.

An old man named James O’Brien died suddenly at his residence, 27, Albert Street, Palmerston North yesterday morning. The cause of death is unknown. Deceased was 78 years of age, and a new arrival in Palmerston, having been there only about three months. He had complained the previous evening of a pain in the head, but was all right at 6 o’clock yesterday morning. At 7.30, however, he was discovered to be dead. He leaves a wife and daughter. An inquest will probably be held.
