The High Commissioner cabled to us at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market remains very depressed. Prices on spot, good fair, ,£25 ; fair, ,£24; Manila fair current, £(25. Forward shipment, good fair, ,£24 15s; fair, £23 15s : Manila, £24. Manila output for this week is 19,000 bales.
