HURRICANE IN BRITAIN.
London February 21. The hurricane in Britain continues and in some places the wind has increased to a speed of eighty miles an hour. Tremendous seas are running off parts of the coast. One hundred and twenty-nine Channel passengers were unable to land at Folkestone. A thousand telephone lines have been destroyed and telegraphic communication between England and France is' practically severed.
