ANOTHER VICTIM TO DRINK.
Auckland, January 31
George Aickiu, a maa about forty years of age, residing in Newton road, cut his throat with a razor yesterday, inflicting a serious injury. Aickin, who is a single man, had been drinking heavily lately, and was apparently suffering from delirum tremens. He is in rather a serious condition, and has been taken to the hospital.
