BELLE CROME BELLRINGERS.

On a recent performance of the above the North Auckland Times thus comments :—“ What was in every respect a great triumph was accomplished by the Belle-Crome Company last night upon the occasion of their first performance in Dargaville, and as Mr Crome happily put it, the event was a succession of successes. A big reputation preceded the company, and great things were expected by the very large audience that assembled at Dyer’s Hall. Those expectations were, however, realised to the fullest possible extent, and we think that one great feather in the cap of the company, and one which they might be justly proud of, was the inclusion among the big audience of a large number of people from Aoroa and Aratapu, who had heard the entertainers during the week. When people will come all that distance to make sure of having another treat, the fact, we think, is worthy of special note, and the Belle-Crome Company actually succeeded in accomplishing such a noteworthy feat. The company is, without doubt and exception, the best that has visited our parts for many years past; one of the big features being such a variety of first-class items.” The Company appears in the Public Hall on Friday and Saturday evenings next.
