Total seats returned 625 Total seats in House 670 The Unionists’ lead over the Liberals, which on Thursday morning was 25, and which yesterdad morning was 21, is now reduced to three. The total of Liberal and Labour is 35 above the Unionist total. The Nationalist total is 74, but in addition to the seven O’Brienites already in, one of the two Nationalists in this morning’s returns is an Independent Nationalist.
The Unionist papers are still discussing the plea of the Westminster Gazette (Liberal) for the compromise between the Liberals and the Unionists on the subject of reform of the House of Lords.
