The state of parties now stands : Unionists ... 236 Liberal ... 2 r 1 Labour ... 35 Nationalist ... 70 Total 552 It will be seen that the Unionists lead the Liberals by 25. With the aid of Labour’s 35, Liberal-Labour leads the Unionists by 10. There are 670 seats iu the House.
