BOROUGH TREASURER'S REPORT.
The Treasurer reported at last night’s meeting of the Council as follows : I have paid into the bank since the last monthly meeting £96 IS to District Fund Account, and ,£l4 12s to Cemetery Fund Account. The state of each of the above accounts at the bank to-day is: District Fund to credit ,£320 2s Bd, Cemetery Fund to credit ,£l4 12s, including the accounts to be passed to-night the balances of the various separate accounts are as follows: —General Account, ,£23 is 2d : Cemetery Account, ,£7 16s 6d ; Sanitation Account, ,£27 10s ; Interest Account, ,£133 iSs 7d, all in credit ; Library Account, ,£32 2s gd ; Reserves Account, £sl 6s 7d, both at debit. I estimate the expenditure up to end of financial year to be £262 los and the receipts for the same period to be ,£67 10s, and the deficiency at the end of the year at ,£66.
