ODDFELLOWSHIP.

The quarterly summoned meeting ot the Loyal Foxton Lodge, 1.0.0.F.M.U., was held in the Good Templars' Hall on the 16th inst. /

This meeting was of special interest on account of the visit of P.G.M. Bro. Sharman and C.S. Bro. I. Salek, who were completing their examination of the Lodges in the Wanganui District. Both spoke enthusiastically of the strides the Order is making. Bro. Salek explained the new scheme, whish is being introduced by the board of directors for the insurance of Oddfellows’ and approved of by the Government Actuary. The officers for the ensuing term were installed into their various chairs by the District Officers, who complimented the outgoing officers on their careful management and discipline.
