LEOPOLD.

LAST SACRAMENT ADMINISTERED. Brussels, December 14. The last sacrament has been administered to the king of the Belgians, who is extremely weak, but his mind is perfectly clear. He kissed Princess Clementine (his youngest daughtest), Prince Albert (hisnephew and heir), and the latter’s wife, and then thanked the Court officials for their constant services. Turning to the doctors, he remarked, “ I think I will die soon, don’t you ? ” His eldest daughter, Princess Louise, telegraphed him asking for an interview. King Leopold replied: “Will consider the matter.” But relatives are doubtful whether the King will relent and become reconciled. The King was somewhat better this evening. The operation was postponed till to-day. An operation has been performed on King Leopold. An obstruction was removed, and the operation proved satisfactory.
