A number of African sportsmen have offered, through the British South Africa Company, a thousand pounds for a match between Arnst, the world’s sculling champion, and Barry, the English champion, the race to be rowed on the Zambesi ' River, at Victoria Falls, in ' August; the winner to take £750.
