LYNCH LAW.

A lynching outrage is reported from Cairo in Illinois. A mob lynched a negro who was' accused of murdering a shop-girl. They then attacked the gaol, seeking for a white man who was accused of being the negro’s accomplice, but failed to find him.
Thereupon the mob battered in a steel cage in which there was a man accused of murdering his wife, and lynched him.
