Invercargill, November 1. <K Victor Emmanuel yon Tunzelmann pleaded guilty to the theft of ,£29 from, the Friendly Societies’ Dispensary, to setting fire to the premises, and attempting to chloroform Robert Pollock, the manager; The accused had employed as an apprentice in the dispensary, and resigned two months ago. All the stolen money has been accounted for. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
