It is expected that the Address-iu-Reply Debate will conclude in the House either to-day or tomorrow.
The Premier has promised to bring down the Financial Statement by the end of the month.
The Bare Majority Bill promises to create a good deal of discussion. The land question will, however, eclipse everything else this session aud it is probable that the Government will not make the question a party one.
