Mr Roosevelt writes in his article in the Daily Telegraph that Tarleton is a famous hunter, who has never visited England. It is, adds Mr Roosevelt, exceedingly interesting to meet men who typify in their lives and deeds the greatness of the British Empire, yet who have never seen England.
