FOXTON RACING CLUB.

A meeting of stewards of the above club was held last night, Dr Maudl presiding. It was decided to accept Messrs Neylon and Spriggins’ tender to work the totalisator for the forthcoming meeting. Accounts were passed for payment. —It was decided to invite applications for the position of caretaker of the course, to close on Monday next, 27th inst., at noon. Messrs Howau, Hunt and Ball were appointed a Course Committee. Certain matters in reference to the sanitary arrangements at the course were referred to the Course Committee.—Mr J. E. Heurys was appointed handicapper, aud Mr Cameron starter for the forthcoming meeting.
