A GREYTOWN SUICIDE.

Grrytown, September 19

A settler named Geo. Wiggins was found outside his house at Papawai on Saturday morning, with a fatal gunshot wound in his breast. It appears that deceased had sent his man away to attend to some sheep, and had then fixed a fowling-piece in a tree, and pulled the trigger with a string- Dr. Bey was sent for, hut, on • examination, found that life was extinct. Deceased was a son of Mr T. Wiggins, of Kuratawhiti, Greytown.
