HARBOUR BOARD FINANCES.
The Treasurer’s report for presentation at the meeting of the Harbour Board to have been held on Thursday night was as follows: The amount to credit at the Bank of - New Zealand is 19s 3d; since last meeting the following amounts have been received and placed to credit: pilotage for July is gd, pilotage for August ns, Marine Department proportion of rents £5 1183 d, rents of sections 10s, total 14s; the total rents received for sections is leaving outstanding The tonnage tor August was 3501, against 2567 for July.” Accounts amounting to £36 11s 2d were submitted for payment, which would leave a credit balance of £tf 8s id.
