DRUIDS’ ANNUAL BALL.

The annual ball of the U.A.O.D, Manawatu Lodge, No. 73, will take place in the Public Hall, Foxton, this evening. The Committee have selected a programme which will doubtless give satisfaction to all, and everything is pointing to a most successful function.

The catering is in the hands of Messrs Evans Bros., of this town, so this department will be certain to please. As the dress may be either plain or fancy, the floor should present a picturesque variety, only too often lacking in local dances, more especially as the Committee, with their usual enterprise, have on offer a prize is for the fancy dress adjudged to be the best in the assembly.
