ORNAMENTS RUBRIC.
REGARDING VESTMENTS. London, May 8. The Lower House of Convocation of Canterbury, with seven dissentients, has resolved that it is not desirable to alter the Ornaments Rubric, or to prohibit the two existing usages regarding the vestments worn by the officiating clergy at the celebration of the Holy Communion.
