REPYY TO THE PRIME MINISTER. Auckland, May 5. When the public accounts for the financial year ended March 31, are made available, Mr W. F, Massey (Yeader of the Opposition) will take an early opportunity to reply to Sir Joseph Ward’s Invercargill speech, and put the standpoint of the Opposition before the country.
