HEMP MARKET. The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows: Hemp market quiet, small business doing, no immediate change expected ; reports indicate shipments of hemp expected from Manila. Good fair New Zealand hemp, quoted on spot, ,£23 5s per ton ; fair grade New Zealand, on spot, Zealand good fair, ; fair grade ,£2l 10s ; fair current Manila, £2l 5s ; Manila output, 28,000 bales.
