EXCURSION TO KAPITI.

Messrs Levin and Co., Limited, announce in another column that they are running the steamer Queen of the South on an excursion to Kapiti on Good Friday next, weather and circumstances permitting. As there is every chance of the weather proving good, a large number will probably avail themselves of this outing. A sufficient number of life belts are being placed on the steamer. If circumstances prevent the steamer making the excursion, it is the intention of Messrs Levin and Co. to fly a flag on their sheds on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning early. A notice will also be posted outside the Herald Office.
