Thk quantity of hemp graded at the various ports in the Dominion for the twelve months ending February 28th last, shows a decrease of 63,775 bales as compared with the previous 12 months. The total quantity graded this year was 78,573 bales, the previous year 142,348 bales. During February last 8788 bales were graded, as compared with 13,828 in the same mouth the previous year.
