TENNIS.
The tennis match between the Papaioea Club (Palmerston N.) and the local club, to have been played .to-day, has been postponed until next Saturday on account of the bad weather.
The final of the men’s singles in the tournament conducted by the local tennis club was won by J. Hennessy who defeated S. Wanklya after a very close game. The score being 9 to 8.
