Christchurch, February 25. At the Supreme Court to-day, Mr Justice Dennistou granted an application made by Mr J. A. Cassidy for an order removing the trial of William Connolly, charged with murdering Burke, at Westport, from Hokitika to Christchurch. The case will come on on May 10. Mr Cassidy appears for accused, and Mr T. W. Stringer, K.C., for the Crown.
